鍋爐的主要工作原理是一種利(lì)用燃料燃燒(shāo)後釋放的熱能或(huò)工業生產中(zhōng)的餘熱傳遞給容器內的水,使水達到(dào)所需要的溫度或一定壓力蒸(zhēng)汽的(de)熱力設備。鍋爐在“鍋”與“爐”兩部(bù)分同時進行,水進入鍋爐以後,在汽水(shuǐ)係統中鍋爐受熱麵將吸收的熱量傳遞給水,使水加熱(rè)成一定溫度和壓力的熱水或生(shēng)成蒸汽,被引出應(yīng)用。在燃燒設備部分,燃料燃燒不斷(duàn)放出熱量,燃燒產生(shēng)的高溫煙氣通過熱的傳播,將熱(rè)量傳(chuán)遞給鍋爐受熱麵,而本身溫度逐漸降低,最後由煙囪排出。
